Master Bath has double sinks, glassed in shower and jacuzzi tub. Hairdryer.

Master bedroom has three closets and plenty of drawer space to accommodate at least two families. Flat screen tv, cable.

Guest bedroom is queen size and has its own bath, closet and chest for clothing. Flat screen tv with cable and ceiling fan. Hair dryer.

Bunk room sleeps three. Has a trundle for third person.

Family room has queen sofa sleeper and two ceiling fans.

Gated subdivision is very private with tennis courts and two pools on the property (one always heated).Security is provided for the neighborhood.

Private beach access with a Pavilion building where ordering of food and drinks is possible. Restrooms also located at the pavilion There is a Tram provided by Emerald Shores neighborhood during peak times to provide guests transportation to and from the beach at certain hours during the day. However, it is only an easy 8 minute walk and house provides wagon for transporting coolers and other items to the beach. Umbrellas and lounge chairs can be rented at the beach. Emerald Shores is within 2 to 3 miles of Silver Sands Shopping Outlet, Destin Commons, golf courses and other activities.
