In addition, the private pavilion also has a newly opened seasonal snack bar where you can order your favorite tropical drinks and snacks right on the beach! You also will enjoy the 2 pools (one heated), tennis court, shuffle board and a basketball goal!

In addition, there are two restaurants, including Captain Dave's Seafood, in easy walking distance located at the beach right outside the neighborhood!

The Destin area is known as the Worlds Luckiest Fishing Village! Deep sea fishing is very popular and in fact, Destin boasts the largest charter fishing fleet in the State of Florida! The sugary white beaches and the clear, sometimes Emerald Green waters give true meaning to the word, 'Paradise!' The Destin area is abundant with Restaurants, bars, shopping areas, Golf, and water sports. For kids, Big Kahuna waterpark is not to be missed.
